About This Role

Webtricker LLC is a US-registered web development company with a Bangladesh-based delivery team and more than 17 years of senior development experience. We serve businesses, agencies, and digital brands across international markets.

We are looking for a Senior UI-UX Designer who can transform business requirements into clean, usable, conversion-focused web and product experiences.

The selected candidate will work closely with leadership, developers, SEO/content teams, and clients to design modern interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, eCommerce experiences, and digital products.

Responsibilities

  • •Design user-friendly websites, landing pages, dashboards, and digital interfaces
  • •Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • •Develop and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries
  • •Translate client goals, content, and business requirements into effective design solutions
  • •Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, responsive implementation
  • •Review existing designs and recommend UX, CRO, accessibility, and usability improvements
  • •Prepare design assets, specifications, and handoff documentation
  • •Work with SEO, content, and marketing teams to support conversion-focused page design

Requirements

  • •Proven senior-level UI-UX design experience
  • •Strong portfolio showing website, dashboard, landing page, or product design work

    • •Experience designing for web agencies, SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B service brands
    • •Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, or frontend development workflows
    • •Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
    • •Experience with brand identity, illustration, or motion design
