QUALIFICATION

  • 3+ years of experience building e-commerce stores on Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify development tools and APIs (Liquid, Javascript).
  • Experience with building custom themes and apps.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with headless commerce and front-end frameworks (a plus).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate Figma designs into fully functional Shopify stores.
  • Customize and extend Shopify themes and apps to meet specific client needs and functionalities.
  • Develop custom features and integrations using Shopify's API, Liquid templating language, and Javascript.
  • Optimize store performance for speed and conversion, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform, themes, and apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development.
